Hi, I'm Jen! I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, professional soccer player and Princeton University graduate. I provide health consulting to help you uncover your happiest and healthiest self.
My Mission: To help you live the happiest, healthiest and most empowered life. I believe in proactive, integrative healthcare rooted in a commitment to self care, whole foods and a balanced lifestyle. Together we will uncover what nourishes you on the deepest level so that you can become an expert on YOU. It is my goal to empower, inspire and educate you so that you can confidently and sustainably take charge of your own life.

While playing Division I soccer, I graduated from Princeton with a major in Economics and minor in Spanish. It was years into my professional soccer career that I began to uncover my passion for holistic wellness... For taking a big picture approach to health that goes FAR beyond dieting, calorie counting and the plate. First I enrolled in programs to expand my knowledge such as The Certificate Program in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University. Next I pursued my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I specialize in supporting busy people (professionals, students, student-athletes, parents) to prioritize their health and wellness through creating a balanced lifestyle, both on and off the plate. I work with people to improve existing health issues related to digestion, energy levels, sleep, weight loss/gain/maintenance, athletic performance and beyond!
Currently I am pursuing two functional medicine certifications to better support my clients in helping them achieve rapid relief and wildly successful outcomes. By the end of 2020 I will also be an Integrative Health Practitioner and graduate of the School of Applied Functional Medicine!
By pairing my personal experience of healing my own body with my training I have never felt more inspired or in control of my health, happiness and future. I want to help you do the same!
