Hi, I'm Jen! I am a Functional Medicine Specialist, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, seven-year Professional Fútbolista and Princeton University graduate.

I specialize in supporting driven people like yourself to prioritize, rebalance and maintain thriving health + immunity.

I used to buy into the notion that our genes determine our fate. That once out of balance the body is stuck with a 'diagnosis' for life. Think: type 2 diabetes, anxiety, depression, acid reflux and cardiovascular disease. But this is just not true and science proves it to us. We are not our genes. We are what we express of those genes, and our diet and lifestyle dramatically impact our chances of wellness vs illness vs thriving. I find this approach to true-health-care very empowering.


I got into this career because initially I needed to heal my own body. As a baby I was on rounds and rounds of antibiotics for sinus infections which eventually resulted in the removal of my adenoids. As a young adult I was still plagued by a weakened immune system. I was struggling with inflammation, unpredictable digestion, low energy, joint pain, elevated blood sugar, hypothyroid, depression and beyond. It wasn't good. I was out of balance. But at the time I thought I was doing everything 'right'. Now that I've healed and learned, largely as a result of the ongoing education I continue to pursue every day, it is my life passion to help other people do the same. I have never felt more inspired or in control of my health, happiness and future. This is possible for you too.

Using the best of functional medicine combined with root cause resolution, my mission is to help you live the happiest, healthiest and most empowered life. I believe in proactive healthcare rooted in a commitment to self love, whole foods and a balanced lifestyle that's personalized for your unique body.

This motivates me because when we are thriving (rather than just feeling ‘fine’) we are able to share our greatest gifts with the world! We are more generous. We are joyful! We are unstoppable! Think about it... How many people a day respond with 'I'm fine' when you ask 'How are you?'. There's a lot of 'fine' people in the world today, and I don't want you to be one of them.

I always loved food and health, but it was years into my professional soccer career that I began to really uncover my passion for holistic wellness... For taking a big picture approach to health that goes FAR beyond dieting, calorie counting and the plate. First I enrolled in programs to expand my knowledge such as The Certificate Program in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell UniversityNext I pursued my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. At that point I knew I needed more so I attended the School of Applied Functional Medicine. I am currently in the process of completing a second functional medicine certification to better support my clients.

To briefly sum up my academic and soccer playing career: I graduated from Princeton with a major in Economics and minor in Spanish. I was Ivy League Player of the Year and Princeton University Sportswoman of the year as a 2013 senior. I played for the U-23 National Team. I was drafted by the Chicago Red Stars which is where I played the majority of my professional career, spending one off season abroad with the Newcastle Jets in Australia, and then my final two seasons in New Jersey with Sky Blue FC. I celebrated by 100th cap as a pro in the 2019 season.
