Hey Thrive Tribe. Good morning from Australia!

Scroll down to find 4 tips (that I LOVE) for getting deeper sleep by Brendan Burchard.

Brendon has been recognized as one of the world's leading high performance coaches by Oprah Winfrey herself. He's the real deal. Below I've summarized his 4 tips to consistently have a deep, restful slumber from this 16 minute video.

His 3-2-1 Approach continues to be a game changer for me in upping the % of my nightly REM sleep + daily energy!

Of course, there's a lot more that goes into deep, restorative, immune-system-boosting sleep, but this is a POWERFUL place to start.

Sending my love, strength and endless deep Zzzzzs to all of you!

xx, Jen.

Hi Thrive Tribe. Happy Saturday.

The world feels pretty crazy right now, and I get the sense that we're all craving a bit of extra empowerment, clarity and support. I know I am :) That's why I've hopped onto my newsletter to share some of my go-to tips for:

1) Personal Inspiration,

2) Immune System Boosting, and

3) Controlling the Controllables.

All of my clients know how big I am on controlling what is within our power... Why? Because that's A WHOLE LOT, despite what we've been lead to believe. (For example, Type 2 Diabetes is 100% reversible, gut health is probably the leading indicator of overall health + future disease risk, and lifestyle medicine can resolve 90% of the chronic disease we see today.)

It's nice to be...

Greetings Thrive Tribe.

Two weeks ago my Grandfather passed away. He had the beautiful privilege of passing while surrounded by his entire family. A privilege many people do not get. What better way to pass than to be surrounded by pure love?

This has been a vulnerable, heart opening time, and I have used it to reflect on life, love and purpose. What am I truly here to do and how am I living as an individual? To summarize my reflections into one question... Am I living each day in a way that I will smile at from my future death bed? Sounds heavy and morbid, but it's true and this motivates me!

I realize now more than ever that each moment from   r i g h t  n o w   is a chance to   m a k e   t h e...

Greetings Thrive Tribe,

Welcome to the new newsletter.

I hope your week has been amazing. Mine sure has. Quick update from me... I recently moved my life to Brooklyn, NYC after my partner and I made the mutual decision to live and work here for the next four months. This has led me to think a lot about change, and the art of flowing with it, rather than resisting against it. Way easier said than done, right? :)

The essence of all physical existence IS change. Nothing is constant. So when we resist change, we are resisting life. When we resist life, we invariably invite frustration and suffering into our lives. What I am working on now is continuing to become better at the art of allowing, embracing and moving with change... Letting it be...

Greetings Thrive Tribe,

I hope these first 9 months of 2019 have treated you well :)

What a year we’ve had so far! I started Thrive Health Consulting LLC in the summer of 2018, launched my website that November, and ever since I have been working with clients all around the world in pursuit of their highest, healthiest selves.

It truly is incredible how much we can do, achieve and become in just a few short, focused seasons, isn't it? My Thrive clients have been having this profound realisation which has resulted in their powerful, lifelong transformations. They know now, more than ever, that they are in control of their health, happiness and LIVES… That they are truly capable of reaching the goals they have set (and continue to set) for...

It's still chilly here in New Jersey so I've been warming up with lots of soup these days. My sweet momma is the queen of homemade soups, so s/o to her for this magical, nutrient dense recipe! I love making it when I have a bunch of veggies that are starting to go bad. This soup also freezes beautifully. We make it in bulk and toss leftovers in the freezer for when we're in a crunch for time. I top mine with Mary's gluten free flax crackers (my recent obsession) and sometimes a bit of coconut cream.

3 cloves minced garlic

1 tbsp fresh, grated ginger

2 stalks celery

½ minced jalapeño

1-3 tbsp EVOO or coconut oil

2 boxes low sodium vegetable broth

Any other veggi...
