Welcome to the new newsletter.
I hope your week has been amazing. Mine sure has. Quick update from me... I recently moved my life to Brooklyn, NYC after my partner and I made the mutual decision to live and work here for the next four months. This has led me to think a lot about change, and the art of flowing with it, rather than resisting against it. Way easier said than done, right? :)
The essence of all physical existence IS change. Nothing is constant. So when we resist change, we are resisting life. When we resist life, we invariably invite frustration and suffering into our lives. What I am working on now is continuing to become better at the art of allowing, embracing and moving with change... Letting it be a vehicle for excitement and freshness in my life.

Common symptoms may present as:
(1) Feeling embarrassed about how much you are eating (often leading to 'closet eating').
(2) Feeling disgusted with yourself, depressed or very guilty afterward.
(3) Eating large amounts of food when not physically hungry.
